Eating right is of prime importance as it provides you the energy to keep active throughout the day. It’s a bitter truth that carbs are not our true friend, though we need them to maintain the energy level of our body but in limited quantity. The more carbs we take in, especially in the morning, the more glucose our body produces and that can lead to high blood sugar levels in the body. Carbs can also make us very lethargic. So, balance the effect out with a good solid protein-based breakfast and try to add at least 80% of proteins in your diet daily.

    Stretch Away
Stretching can be very much effective in reducing heaps of stress and fatigue. After waking up in the morning, stretch your body as stretching helps eliminate tension and improves the blood flow. More blood flow means more energy to you throughout the day. It's advisable to stretch about in the middle of your work day too.
