    Don't Give Up
Do not get disheartened by failures, we all make big plans, sometimes it works and sometimes we just left with disappointments. What stands people apart who achieve their goals from people who don't is not getting disheartened or disappointed by little hardships and failures that life throws at them. In the same manner, Tiger did not lose heart when a couple of his movies did not live up to the expectations and critics started writing him off. He kept his head down and kept working hard towards his goals irrespective of distractions around him. The results are there for all of us to see.

    Mix It Up
If we talk about Tiger Shroff’s fitness, his routine consists of a lot of martial arts and dance sessions along with weight training. His dance moves are clear reflection of his hardcore training, as we are well aware by this fact that his killer moves, and dance had made him a darling of the masses. In the same way you can also include activities that you enjoy doing on a daily basis- be it aerobics, MMA, yoga (no beer yoga), Cross Fit, etc. If you are someone, who is not too fond of weight training exercise then mix it up and make your workout sessions entertaining and enjoyable, so that it does not become repetitive and you don't get bored and start skipping your workouts.

    Always Stick to the Plan
Taking action is very much important but again, just doing that won't land you anywhere. You can’t reach from point A to point B in your car by just firing up the engine. You are required to put it into the first gear and then push the accelerator to move. In the same way, putting in the work is as important as making the decision to get started. Be it in terms of your nutrition or training, you are supposed to put in the work in both places. You will have to follow a good nutrition plan and show up to the gym.

    Be Patient
If you follow Tiger Shroff, you would know that his transformation is not a result of days or months but years of hard work. From a skinny fit dude in 'Heropanti' to a hunk-like a physique in 'Baaghi 2', it has taken him more than 5 years to get the physique that he now has. In the same way, you should make consistency your first priority. You will not achieve your fitness goal in a matter of months. All good things take time, so would a drool-worthy physique.
